BTEC Award in Performing Arts | Mon–Thurs | 9am–3pm
Hatton College offers a 2 year performing arts course bridging the gap between leaving school and starting a career in the industry. The course carries a BTEC Certificate equivalent to 3 'A Levels'.
Learners cover all styles of performing from Ballet to Commercial, Singing, Drama and Musical Theatre.
Students have regular performance opportunities and workshops from industry professionals including West End performers, casting directors, and professional commercial dancers who perform at events such as the Brit Awards and the XFactor.

SYT Scarborough Youth Theatre | Saturday | 11am–2pm
Scarborough Youth Theatre is a part time musical theatre course focused on developing 'triple threat performers'.
The course is divided into Juniors and Seniors who work together on some performances and separately on others, allowing the seniors to take on more challenging and age appropriate material.
Students have separate training in all 3 disciplines of acting, singing and dance, taught by specialist teachers in each field. The group perform regularly and cover a variety of styles and genres
